Can you please tell me how you external monitors are connected? Also if you do not mind, please gather logfiles, instructions on how to do that are here: How to report macOS issues to DisplayLink. you can then post the files as attachment or you can send them directly to our team to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com with a short problem description or a link to this post.
