Video streaming issue after enabling display link and adding another external monitor

It's no only Apple TV, but any streaming site (Netflix, HBO, Prime, etc.) over Chrome or Safari does not show video. You can only listen to the audio and see controls.

This only happens with the actual streaming of a movie or series. If you try the Trailers, they are shown completely.

Anyone with the same issue has already solved it?
