I bought a new Mac laptop with OS 13.4, the same is happening to me (in clamshell mode and after the 2 external monitors go to "sleep" overnight) where my second display is not being recognized by Displaylink software when I try to "wake up" the screens.

I'll run the display link support tool the next time it happens and report this.

I'm having the same issue. As soon as my MacBook Air goes to sleep, the monitors will not wake back up. I have to unplug the USB-C cable, turn off the power to the port, then turn everything back on. It's super frustrating.
