Thank you, it looks like there is a problem accessing the USB device. Are you able to test the adapter with direct connection to the computer to see if it works connected this way?
Also can you please power cycle the adapter and docking station? So disconnect the adapter and the docking station from the computer and power for 30 seconds up to a minute. Restart the computer as well and then connect all devices and check if they are working.
