Hello, can you please tell me to what ports in the docking station your external monitors are connected to?
Also please gather logfiles - the link to the tool and instructions on how to gather the logfiles are located under 4th link in my signature. You can attach the logfiles here, submit a ticket via DisplayLink Manager app and Support tab, or send us an email to technical-enquiries@synaptics.com
