What kind of cable are you using to connect the MacBook to Doc..? the supplied on?
Also what power supply are you using.? I have seen this issue with another dock and it was due to insufficient power or poor quality host cable.

I am using the cable supplied with the dock. As for power supply I am just using the Macbook charger for it. Perhaps that's where my issue is. |

hey, so how you manage that problem? Was that because of poor cable quality?
because i just bought same ugreen product for my macbook pro M1 and i got same problem. monitors are 27" viewFinity 4K 60Hz. Mac is connected to ugreen with cable what was in the box and monitors are connected to ugreen via original samsung HDMI cables. And movement on screen is so terrible, its choppy af. |
