Regarding the support of Display Link Manager for macOS for macOS Sequoia (macOS15.0)

I appear to have resolved my issue for now.
Originally I had one monitor connected using DisplayPort, and one using HDMI. The mouse-lag was only happening on the HDMI monitor. Changing both to use DisplayPort has resolved the issue. Both monitors are running at 60Hz.
