Macbook Air M3 only - Displaylink only recognizes Display in the HDMI1 Altmode port

I'm still having the same issue - is anyone able to help at all?

The dock I am using is Targus Dock 180.

To anyone else having this problem, try using a different HDMI cable. I was using the one supplied by HP, and tried it with another - now both screens are recognised.
