I continue to have issues since Windows 10 Insider to date. I have the latest DisplayLink driver v7.9 M4.
I am using Toshiba USB 3.0 Dynadock and Dell XPS 2-in-1 12" notebook.
Has anyone else been experiencing this problem? and is there any known patch or fix for this?

The DisplayLink driver version you are using is not the latest version. The latest version as of today is 11.5 M3 -->

As a first step, I would recommend updating the driver and then rebooting your computer (in order to ensure the updated driver is in use) and then testing the behavior again.
