Sequoia crashes after display sleeps

I have just created an account on this forum to agree with the comments. I have not got a work around, so mine is just a hard reboot as even unplugging my dock does not wake the inbuilt monitor.

I also have problems with MS Teams, when sharing a screen on a call, the red banner has disappeared and then floating control bar is now invisible, it is still present as i have on multiple occasions clicked on it but as it's invisible i'm unable to do anything about it.
