Hello elijahcg,
Firstly, please ensure that you have installed the latest version of DisplayLink Manager (1.12.1). What is your setup? How your monitors are connected to the docking station? Once the DisplayLink Manager is running, your monitors are connected and recognized, go to System Preferences -> Display -> Arrangement, uncheck the Mirror Displays box, and choose the arrangement you prefer.
