In my case, the problem was successfully resolved by following these steps.

When I reconnected the "Display <-> Display Adapter" connection, a security alert was displayed. By granting the necessary permissions, I was able to resolve the issue.

Although I had previously granted permissions for screen recording and system audio capture, the display was not shown. And no alert appeared when reconnecting either the "Display Adapter <-> USB Adapter" or the "USB Adapter <-> Mac" connections. The problem is I don't see the alert notification often.
From today, my 2 monitors stopped showing. I was able to see them this morning but it does NOT work after I shut down my macbook.
Seriously, this problem has been raised by many for many weeks.
I CANNOT believe the engineers don't bring the solutio yet.
