Hi pjfb

In this case we need to investigate debug data. Would you mind raising a support request?
If so, please follow instructions:
https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink

You can share a ticket id here so I can identify it later.

Thanks,
Szymon

Hi pjfb and linux50,

I have two additional questions:
  1. How much RAM are your Macs equipped with?
  2. Did you enable "Additional HiDPI modes" in the settings tab? If so, could you disable it?
Regards,
Szymon

Same problem with one of my employees: When share screen in Teams during call its mouse pointer is very laggy.MacBook Pro
MacBook Pro (14-inch, M2 Pro, 2023) Apple M2 Pro
Teams latest version 25306.805.4102.7211
Displaylink driver 14.2.0

macOS Tahoe 26.1
Club3D Dock, 2 screens, 1 LG 27 4K and another second screen HP Full HD

Removing one screen doesn't affect anything
Lag only when sharing. screen in Teams
HiDPI enabled, as tested with Video overlay feature (no difference)

Like to know solution

Hi King Marqy,

"Additional HiDPI modes" option in the settings tab allows scaled modes e.g. 3008x1692 to appear in the mode list. Unless a user intents to use such mode I don't recommend enabling it.

Please, disable "Additional HiDPI modes" and test.

Regards,
Szymon
