Purchased FlipGo Horizon, 144MHz, using Display Link with M4 Max, 128GB running Display Link 15.1 and latest 26.3.1.
While overall performance is ok, however scrolling and multi-touch gestures with Trackpad are extremely laggy. Roughly 14% of CPU are used from DisplayLink. So I can only imaging that with normal speced MacBooks it becomes unusable. What is the solution here? |

Hello Devau1000,
Would you start a support conversation following this article: https://support.displaylink.com/know...o-displaylink? On top of the data that this FAQ requests, could you please record a video, preferably slow motion showing the lag and attach to your report? Regards, Szymon |

hi,
Purchased FlipGo Horizon, 144MHz, using Display Link with Macbook Pro Apple M4 Pro 24GB, running Display Link 15.1. I'm experiencing the same laggy problem as reported by Devau1000. But it is not only scrolling, is anything on the FlipGo screen. If I just move a window from my mac to one of the screens, the dragging of the window becomes slow on the FlipGo monitor.
