suppress first time wizard for 16.0

Wondering if there is a way to suppress the first-time configuration wizard when deployed via a MDM (JAMF). We try to keep installs as stealthly as possible. So we have a script to check if you are using a dock or off the dock. We only update when off the dock so not to cause interruptions (screens going blank without warning). So we'd like not to have any wizard pop up when we update them. Is this possible in 16.0? if not can an option be added for future versions?
