Default Fed up with instability / flickering

I've had the ivank dock for over a year. The stability of this doc and display link is terrible. It is regularly disconnecting the signal and reconnecting. I'm working... display goes dead. Then comes back. Then goes dead. Again and again. I've reported this before. Each time they tell me to update software. I do. Sometimes it fixes it. Sometimes it does not. Sometimes it fixes it for a while. Then it breaks again. It is soooo frustrating,. I've tried pluging the main cable in all my different ports. No change.

I'm on a macbook m4 pro os 26.3.1 (a) (25D771280a)
display link 16.1 build 15
Ivanky doc
two monitors connected wit hdmi

Is there a permanent solution or should I just give up and throw this doc/software in the trash?

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your experience. Such behavior suggests there is a hardware not software problem that causes this instability. Potentially, this could be a cable connecting a monitor to the dock, dock to Mac or physical connector on either end of the setup.

Would you provide more details about the dock (exact model)?
Do you connect HDMI monitors via HDMI to HDMI cable or is there any adaptor between?

Regards,
Szymon
