Hello,
Sorry to hear about your experience. Such behavior suggests there is a hardware not software problem that causes this instability. Potentially, this could be a cable connecting a monitor to the dock, dock to Mac or physical connector on either end of the setup. Would you provide more details about the dock (exact model)? Do you connect HDMI monitors via HDMI to HDMI cable or is there any adaptor between? Regards, Szymon |
