Upgraded to the latest version of the app for Mac OS and now have an issue where anytime my two external monitors go dark as part of inactivity / lock screen settings, upon waking I see the monitors power on, but never display content.
To fix, I have to go into the DisplayLink app and toggle the two displays off / on when everything works. Using Kensington SD4750P USB-C & USB-A Dual 4K Hybrid Docking Station on MacBook Pro (Apple M2 chip) running Tahoe 26.5.1 Anyone else experiencing this? |

Hi GLEE,
Could you please reproduce this particular problem and when the monitors are black (don't toggle monitors off and on) capture the logs and send them to us? Here is relevant instruction: https://support.displaylink.com/know...to-displaylink Regards, Szymon |

I am having the same issue as Glee.
Using macOS 26.5.1 and Dell D6000 docking stations with two DP monitors. That happens every time macOS wakes from sleep mode. How can I find instructions for capturing and sending logs as requested? Thank you, Gilmar Quote:
