Hello,

It depends which Revodock Pro model exactly you have. Please provide model number (106, 207, 208, 2102, 312 or other).

Regards,
Szymon

Default Using in 2 Locations

I'm using one Display Link for my computer in my work office and one in my home office. Can I switch back and forth without having problems? they are 2 different versions of DisplayLink.

I also use a DisplayLink dock in the office and another one at home. It just works!

Default MacBook Air M5 won't recognize hub in Display Link

Using a MacBook Air M5, Selore hub model SEUCO218 with Display Link Manager but DisplayLink app won't recognize that the hub device is plugged. I have reinstalled, unplugged, checked to ensure system recording is on, etc. but app continues to say "please connect your DisplayLink device". It also does not show up as plugged into my USB-C plug in system report. It will connect only one monitor.

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi KKuhl,

To my knowledge, Selore hub model SEUCO218 is not a DisplayLink device and that's why DisplayLink Manager doesn't recognise it.

Szymon

Hi,
I have the same issue. The two HDMI ports were working great for 1 year, and they stopped working all of a sudden, leaving me with just one HDMI port that is working, maybe because of the macOS update I did or the DisplayLink Manager update. I have also tried with one more hub, which is the same make and model, but has the same issue!

And here are more details.

Dock: INC015btSGY-CZ Belkin Universal USB-C 8-in-1 Dual Display Core Hub
MacOS version: 26.4
DisplayLink Manager version: 15.0.0 (Build 22)

Hello,

According to Belking spec, INC015btSGY-CZ is not a DisplayLink product so DisplayLink Manager will never recognise it.

Regards,
Szymon
