Default Dell XPS Ultra Book 13 Bluescreening (USBMAC64.sys) With Targus ACP51EUZ Dock

Good Day

We have purchased a Targus Displaylink ACP51EUZ Dock SN 1104000853 Item# 53 for use with a Dell XPS 13. When connected to the dock, the machine bluescreens with the following error code:

The dock lan drivers appear to be causing this as they use the following driver files:

USBMAC64.cat
USBMAC64.sys
USBMAC64.inf

We have tried the dock on two different XPS machines and it causes bluescreening with the exact error code on both. The ethernet driver version being used for the device is 1.59.0.0. as well as the original driver shipped on CD with Displaylink7.

I have noticed that this happens only when connected to the dock and when copying large files via the network, this is why a tcip.sys is generally accompanied in the bluescreen minidump logs.

Is there anyone whom could please advise how to overcome this frustrating problem. We want to purchase these docks for our enterpise users but they just dont seem to work. Ive attached all of the screen dumps and screenshots below.

The Ethernet driver and hardware in this dock is not part of the DisplayLink chip and software. These are from a different 3rd party.

Please raise this with Targus, who have this driver for download on their website, for support with this, as it's not a DisplayLink issue.

Thanks
