Default Repeated Diconnection and reconnections

Looking for some assistance with this issue. I have followed all the instructions for Windows and installed the latest drivers.

I am using a Lenovo X1 Carbon with Lenovo's USB 3.0 Docking station.

I have attached the zipped diagnostics. Any ideas?
