DisplayLink Graphics Not Detected

I've connected the dock to a seconded laptop, a Dell Latitude 6430u, and had no issues with the dock. The laptop with the issue is not automatically detecting the DisplayLink Graphics and thus any monitor connected to the doc is not being recognized.

Tried all USB 3.0 ports. No change.
Uninstalled and reinstalled 7.7M4 drivers. No change.
Uninstalled and reinstalled USB 3.0 eXtensible drivers. No change.

The laptop detects all features of the hub except the graphics.
Dock works 100% on a second laptop.
The dock is a Dell D3000.

Had to use the Dell drivers available via Dell.
The DisplayLink.Org drivers did not work.
