SP3 and ASUS MB168B+

So I know that SP3 has not the power on the usb port to power the monitor, but I have purchased 2 usb 3 powered hubs and still the monitor disconnect from the SP3. Do you have any reconditions on what powered USB hub would provide enough power to power the monitor?

Also note that I have tried the y power cable...and 2.1 amp charger port connected to the power end of the y adapter... and still the monitor disconnects.
