Windows 10 Anniv Ed, Dynadock Displaylink Fails

I have updated to the Windows 10 Anniv Ed, displaylink fails.
Toshiba Dynadock U3
Used the cleaner tool, removed everything.
Updated to 8.0 M3, dock remains in error.
Support states U3 is now supported, however it fails to initialise.
Code 43: Device USB\VID_17E9&PID_4305&MI_01\...... requires further installation.
Surface Pro 3
Dell Touchscreen Monitors
Dock is less than a year old. Worked fine yesterday!
Tried various - plug/unplug/load/unload/install/uninstall combinations. No good.
Lastly, installed BETA 4 - no change.
Any help appreciated. Support agent logs attached.
