Unhappy Evdi kernal module no signature

Hey,

I just installed ubuntu today because i want to practice a bit more with linux (i now have a basic understanding of the terminal and basic commands like cd, mv and mkdir) . Before i had windows 10 installed and everything worked like a charm. When i installed the driver in ubuntu i had the problem of the last 2 lines not being presentthis is what should be there according to the tutorial)

Starting DLM upstart job
displaylink start/running, process 3397

So i did a bit of digging on google and figured that this might be my problem:
http://displaylink.org/forum/showthread.php?t=64788
(The evdi kernal module has no signature)

So it gives you two options:
1. Disable secure boot
2. Sign the module yourself

So i went to the BOIS of my pc and couldn't find the secure boot option. Well appearantly the pc i am using has no secure boot option....

So i moved on to the second option and tried the link they provided. But i really don't understand anything they say in that file. Could anyone maybe explain a bit what to do exactly in order to sign the module?
Thanks in advance!
