Question High Refresh Rate Monitors Locked to 60 Hz

Im setting up a new Macbook Pro with the new M5 Pro chip and trying to integrate it with my DisplayLink Ug69pd13pro.

I have two 1080p 144Hz monitors as well as one TV that is mirroring one of these monitors at 60Hz. The problem is, despite both 1080p monitors being set to 144Hz in the Mac Display Settings, the monitors are locked at 60Hz. I've been using the same setup with my Windows 11 laptop for the last while and both monitors were able to run at 144Hz. Is this an issue with the Mac drivers, or are there DisplayLink settings I'm missing?

What does monitor OSD say?

There is a known macOS issue which may provide an inconsistent refresh rate information in the Display Settings vs. what is the video signal property value. Therefore, monitor OSD is the ultimate source of truth.
