MacOS: Tahoe 26.4
Displaylink version 15.1.0 I recently updated my macOS and since then I cannot control the output on my external speakers. The dock and software see the speakers(PLUGGABLE AUDIO) and it does produce sound, but I cannot lower or raise the volume. I tried disabling in Privacy and Security settings and re-enabling, but that has not helped. Rebooting did not help. Unplugging and replugging has not helped. Trying uninstalling and reinstalling the DisplayLink Manager app but I am not sure this is going to correct the issue. Anyone else run into this issue and correct it? |

Anyone have any other ideas? If this was a Windows machine I would restart the service. Not sure if thats a thing on macOS nor how to do it. |
