no sound with dl165 adapter

hello

i have a problme with dl165 adapater , i can not have sound .
have you a configuration?

We only make the video part of the adapter. The audio is provided by a different vendor. Have you checked that the correct audio output is selected in Control Panel -> Audio Configuration.
