I just purchased a Lenovo port replicator with displaylink built in. I updated the displaylink software and it appears all has installed corrects. The monitor is recognized and I can change its settings. HOWEVER the image is very distortted, its pixelated with lines across and sometimes the lines move (flicker). What can I do to fix this?

This sounds like it could be faulty hardware, causing screen corruption. I'd need to see a picture of the corruption to confirm.

I'm 95% confident that is faulty hardware. I think it should be returned for a replacement.
