blank screen
I have had this for a little over a year, it use to work with no issues. Now it doesn't work. The other day I uninstalled it and reinstalled everything and it worked for one day. Now it no longer works again. It shows that it is connected but it doesn't show anything on the screen. I have attached the information from the system scan that says it passed. Please help, really need the 2nd screen for my job.

Hi,
The logs are showing USB connection errors. Can you try with different USB ports on your notebook and with a different USB cable? Thanks, James |

Ahh thank you. I have tried so much and duhh never even thought of just trying to change to a different USB cord.
