Exclamation DVI output to Win10 doesn't work with Kensington sd3000v chipset S011.0

Hi,

We have about 400 Kensington sd3000v dock stations with different chipsets (S011.0 and S011.1)
On Windows 7 they all worked properly, but when we started use them on Windows 10 we found that the dock stations with chipset S011.0 do not show image (DVI-connected monitor doesn't see the connection at all) and Generic SuperSpeed USB Hub didn't recognize properly by the system (tried to update drivers, but it didn't help)
Could you please help us to fix the problem?
Maybe some reflash for S011.0 can help?

P.S. Dock stations with chipsets S011.1 work properly
You can find more information in the attached files.

Thanks in advance!
Regards,
Eugene

Hi Eugene,

DisplayLink does not design or manufacture these. As your photos show, we're just one chip among a sea of them on the board. We wouldn't be able to know what changed between two revisions of the board and if I knew, it would not be appropriate for me to comment on their product.
Our chip is connected to the USB hub. If that hub doesn't work properly, this is normal that the outputs don't work properly.

Your best shot would be the docking station manufacturer. Only them would know what they changed, and what they tested.

Kind regards,
Alban

USB Vendor ID 2109 is VIA Labs.

DisplayLink USB VID is 17e9. DisplayLink doesn't do any USB hub.
