Display Link monitors blank screen

Hello,

I have a few DisplayLink powered external monitors
(i.e. https://www.asus.com/us/Monitors/MB168BPlus/ and http://us.aoc.com/products/details.p...-monitor&id=39 )
which do not seem to recognize one of my users computers - in this case a Lenovo X230. I am not quite sure whats going on as all the drivers (display link, USB controller, etc) seem to be up to date. The same DisplayLink monitors work without issue when connected to other machines.
On all but 1 USB port the display link manager reports that no devices are connected. 1 port seems to see the monitor as a display link audio device.

Please find attached the dump from the troubleshooting tool in hopes that it might be of some assistance.
