Docking station 3.0 driver issues
Hey DisplayLink.
I bought 2x https://www.anker.com/products/68ANDOCKS-BAto my clients that want to run dual screen from laptop from the docking station. I installed the driver you have released in http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/windows Once i plug the usb inside it just keep disconnecting. When i look on device management its not present here. i followed your guide for the issue: http://support.displaylink.com/knowl...rticles/544228 still no luck. I updated every driver from laptop manufacture which is Medion, the direct link to the drivers is: https://www.medion.com/dk/service/st...30021470&gid=1 still no luck. So i tried running your tool that gather information and hope you can help me in the near future so i can avoid requesting a refund from Amazon. this is the attached file: i hope you can help me with this issue asap. |
