Catalina, No Monitor Detected
Hi,
I'm sorry if the solution is somewhere around here, I couldn't find it in the various "no monitor detected" threads I read. I have a 2020 13-inch Macbook Air, and just installed a brand new Asus ZenScreen Go MB16AHP, using the provided usb-c cable plugged directly into the Mac. It works, the display is there, and usable. However I just installed the DisplayLink Manager and it does… nothing. I would like to have it work properly to avoid future problems. It's up to date afaik (1.2.0) and "Login screen extension status" is "installed". - It says "No monitor detected" - When I follow these steps (https://support.displaylink.com/know...at-all-when-co) there is no "DisplayLink" explicitely in the usb manufacturers, only "generic" is shown, as shown in screenshot: Capture d’écran 2021-01-04 à 12.40.06.jpg - In my mac's systems "extensions", there is no DisplayLink extension. Any help would be much appreciated. |

Hello,
Asus ZenScreen Go MB16AHP does not use DisplayLink technology. It uses Alt-mode. This means that this device does not require DisplayLink drivers. For further help regarding issues with this monitor please contact the manufacturer of your monitor. Best regards, Katarzyna
