Wrong resolution after Sleepmode
Hi,
I'm using a 2019 MacBook Air with the D6000, connected with USB-C and two Xiaomi 27" 2k monitors. One Monitor is connected via HDMI and one via DP to HDMI adapter. Everything works fine, until the MacBook goes to sleep mode. After waking up again, the monitor connected via adapter, is in 1920x1080 resolution and I'm unable to put it back to its nativ 2k 2560x1440. I have the newest MacOS (BigSur 11.1) and the newest DisplayLink (1.2 Build 55.125) version installed and already tried to reinstall. Any other ideas, how to set the resolution of the monitor back to 2k? Thank you for your help. Last edited by tosender; 01-21-2021 at 07:12 PM. |

The same Problem occurs while using my Dell Laptop with these monitors and the d600 docking station.
I figured out, that when the Monitor connected with the adapter is disconnected from power supply for a few seconds and then is plugged in again, I can set the resolution top the nativ 2k. When the HDMI/DP is disconnected and connected again, it again sets itself back to 1920x1080 resolution and I'm not able to use it in native resolution. could you find any solution yet? |
