Hi Support,
Please could you advise how to deal with random dock disconnections every few minutes - very frustrating .I have uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers without success. |

Hi,
I solved my problems completely by changing the USB port I was using. I'm using a Dell XPS13, the left usb port is not an USB3 port, the right one is.. left and right when you're facing the laptop-screen normally. Good luck |
