This does NOT solve it.

After only 15 minutes, I was suddenly logged out of my Session again and landed back on the login screen. All applications closed, all unsaved work lost

Does it do the same thing when you are using Wayland?

In Wayland, my external monitor is not even recognized. Only the internal screen works.
