Even when it does work it is very buggy and doesn't support high resolutions. Max is 1080p.

I've got a 2018 MacBook Pro 15 inch which is having the same problem. I'm using the release version of the DisplayLink drivers, version 5.0.1

Same issue with 5.1

I'm using Mac 2018 10.14.4 and the monitor only shows desktop background with cursor. And also when I unplug and plug again they just show blank/black, unless I keep them connected and restart my mac.

Tried also v5.0.1 and v4.x, no one works.

Please fix it asap. it is very annoy.
