Default No-DisplayLink enabled device detected by MacBook via DELL D6000 dock

Hi DisplayLink Support Team,
I am a IT support and recently reinstalled MacOS for company laptop , while we cannot not longer connect external monitor via DELL D6000 dock, checked D6000 is detected at system information .

We can connect the external monitors with DELL WD19s dock , just plug-and play, without any setting.

Could you please advise how we could solve it ? Thanks !

Benjamin

If you have not done so already, the first step would be to install the required DisplayLink Manager Application on the Mac --> https://www.synaptics.com/products/d...ownloads/macos

Default Displaylink driver work now, thanks !

I have installed Displaylink Manager , This work when removing the legacy driver and enable the screen recording at Mac privacy setting.
