How to improve DL CPU Usage on M1 MBP

Hey there,

first of all my setup:
MBP 16 M1 Pro
32GB RAM
Dell D6000 Dock:
- 1x 4k 60Hz
- 2x FHD 60Hz
1x 4k 60Hz connected via USB-C to my MBP

I noticed some performance problems and very high CPU usage with all screens connected, the usage increases substantially when media is played on the screen (80% with video on the 4k and around 10% each with stock charts on the FHD) making some applications slow to respond.
I ordered another HDMI to USB-C cable to connect the other 4k screen directly to my MB aswell and was wondering which would be the best way to optimize for CPU usage with what is connected where and which type of stuff i place on each screen. I need to connect atleast 2 screens with DL through the dock as the M1 Pro only supports 3x external screens.
