Exclamation DisplayLink Driver 1.4 Not Working on Ubuntu 17.10

DisplayLink USB Graphics Software for Ubuntu 1.4 does not appear to work on Ubuntu 17.10.

I installed the driver successfully.
But my external monitor does not turn on after being plugged in:
