Default USB Ports Not Working on D6000 with MacBook M1

My MacBook M1 is running Ventura 13.2.1 and docked to D6000 with two external displays which are working great (one is connected via DisplayPort and the other via HDMI). However, none of the other USB-A ports are recognized by my MacBook.

I tested this with a flash drive that normally light up when plugged in. Currently, the flash drive will light up for a brief second and then go off. My MacBook doesn't detect the flash drive. This happens to all the USB-A ports.

On the other hand, when the dock is connected to my PC, the flash drive is instantly recognized and work as expected. This leads me to believe that it is not a hardware issue.

Things I've tried:

- Updated to the latest D6000 firmware
- Installed latest DisplayLink driver
- Installed latest DisplayLink login screen extension
- Installed Elgato Thunderbolt 3 Dock driver as suggested in previous threads
- Power-cycled the dock (disconnect power for a day)
- Reset SMC the M1 chip way (shut down for 30 seconds with lid closed, then power on)
- Reinstalled OS using macOS Recovery tool

I am pulling my hair out trying to figure out how to get the USB ports to work. What else am I missing here?!

Was this working on Mac OS 13.2? I have the exact same setup as you but have held off on the 13.2.1 update given the issues that some have had with it.
