Default No text scaling for external 1440p monitor with Dell dock

Hi. I'm using a M1 Macbook Air with a Dell D6000.
I connected two monitors with DisplayPort. One is 1920x1200 and the other is 2560x1440.
I have no option to set the text size/scaling, so everything is really small (although sharp).
Is there a way to scale up the text without lowering to resolution, so everything will stay
sharp?

Update: I connected the 1440p monitor to HDMI, and now I get the option to scale the text in Displays setting, but it makes it look blurry. Only when I use 2560x1440 (low resolution) the text is sharp.
Any option to scale up and preserve the sharpness?

Thanks.
