Rotation via DisplayLink Manager is supported with driver 1.6 Beta and Apple M1 silicon with Monterey.

Best regards,
Katarzyna.

Question

Didnt work here..

I have a MBP 13" Late 2020 with MacOS Monterey 12.0.1, using two external monitors:
DELL S2721DGF connected with an USB-C to DPI adapter, running with 2k 144hz
DELL P2219H connected via DELL D6000 dockstation.

My main display is S2721DGF, and the secondary display only works if I mirror the main display (even in standard mode)

If mirroring, rotation works fine, but its useless.

Using the lastest stable version I can extend the monitors with no rotation.

Anyone managed to get this work?

Update to my previous post.

The only issue I have is that the screen doesn't wake from sleep. I have to unplug my DisplayLink dock and then plug it in again (which is a faff because I have to unmount all the drives connected through the dock).

Setup: Beta 1.6 (59.110) on 2020 M1 MBP with MacOS 12.01, USB-C to Dell D6000 dock to Dell U2414H, which is alongside my U3219Q (which is plugged in separately to my MacBook Pro via USB-C)

The beta rotation doesn't work for me. Screen is DELL P2014H connected through DisplayLink adapter to DisplayPort cable. I have it connected in portrait.
Screen runs fine as native screen on M1 MacBook Pro 13" and the new driver detects the screen, but screen stays black, no video getting to it at all.

UPDATE- The new beta driver (1.6) doesn't send video to the DELL P2014H screen at all. it is detected and visible in displaylink and also by MACOS 12.0.1 but no video. The video does work on the 1.5 driver. Wait for next BETA or PROD release i guess ?

Why there is no support for M1 Big Sur users?
