Default Display not recognized after Big Sur update

hello,
I am just joining the chorus of users who cannot get their display to works after the Big Sur update to 11.4. I have uploaded my log files and emailed them to the tech team as instructed. I hope this leads to a fix soon.

Default M1 with 2 different Dell monitors -- 1 of them stuck at 1920x1080

Sending the DisplayLink output zip file. Help!

My Mac M1 has:
1) Dell U3219Q <-- this one shows the 3840x2160 high resolution that I expect.
2) Dell P2715Q <-- this one shows only 1920x1080 for "More Space" where the text is too big!

I have a new Kensington SD4780P docking station.

Also, I could have sworn that when I first connected the 2nd Dell monitor that it looked right, then after a minute or two the displays went black for several seconds, and afterwards the 2nd Dell monitor was stuck at 1920x1080.
