hello,
I am just joining the chorus of users who cannot get their display to works after the Big Sur update to 11.4. I have uploaded my log files and emailed them to the tech team as instructed. I hope this leads to a fix soon. |

Sending the DisplayLink output zip file. Help!
![]() My Mac M1 has: 1) Dell U3219Q <-- this one shows the 3840x2160 high resolution that I expect. 2) Dell P2715Q <-- this one shows only 1920x1080 for "More Space" where the text is too big! I have a new Kensington SD4780P docking station. Also, I could have sworn that when I first connected the 2nd Dell monitor that it looked right, then after a minute or two the displays went black for several seconds, and afterwards the 2nd Dell monitor was stuck at 1920x1080. |
