Default Screen freezing via Toshiba Dyna Dock v10

Hi

Hope I've come to the right area for this (newbie).

We are using the Toshiba V10 Dyna Dock extensively thoughout the business along with LG 22" W2242PE monitors. A majority of our users are Toshiba Satellie Pro based on Windows 7 64bit OS.

The issue we are experiencing is that the external screen will freeze although the laptop will be fully functional otherwise. The only way to recover is to reboot the Dyna Dock which is not ideal for the end user as we mount them under the desk.

I have downloaded & installed the last revision of drivers (April 2011) but this is still ongoing.

I have attached the log files as described in the support FAQ.

Any thoughts would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Mark

Hi

Could you try updating the Intel graphics drivers, as they are 18 months old. This might solve the issue:

Graphics: Intel(R) HD Graphics (Intel Corporation)
Graphics Driver: 8.15.10.2086 Dated 2010-02-20

Thanks

Wim
