DisplayLink Stops Working When I plug in Second HDMI Monitor
I have a Dell D3100. With only one external monitor plugged into the HDMI port, the unit works but once I plug in the second monitor, both monitors go black. The computer still sees them but the unit stops passing an image to the screens. The I use a wireless USB dongle that continues to work so the connection is still there.
I've deleted displaylink on my computer and downloaded the newest drivers. I also tried two different computers and gotten the same issue. |

Hi marzomarz,
Sorry to hear of your issue with the D3100. I am just wondering if the set up has ever worked, or if this is something new that you are trying? What resolutions are the monitors that you are trying to connect? The D3100 supports just one Ultra HD 4K display in addition to two Full HD monitors. Kind regards, Andrew
