Default Mac OS Big Sur - No DisplayLink-Enabled display detected

I have two Samsung F24T450FQR monitors and I cannot extend the display to either of these.
I have a late 2013 MacBook running Big Sur 11.7.2

I'm using a Belkin USB-C Triple display dock.
I have bought the thunderbolt to USB-C convetor but the displays are not detected.

I've tried to run all the guides that I could find about this but nothing seems to work. I have even tried to go into Terminal and run the kext guide even though the newer versions of DisplayLink shouldn't use kext as I can see

Is there any workaround to get me set for two monitors? As of now I can only run one via HDMI cable and that ain't quite enough

Hello,

Please make sure that you are able to see the Belkin doing station under the USB bus: My DisplayLink device does not work at all when connecting on macOS X.

If it is showing but the external monitors are not working, then please tell me how each of them is connected exactly to which port in the docking station. Let me know if there are any converters/additional adapters connected etc.

Thank you.

Hi Katarzyna,
The Belkin HUB is not showing under the Thunderbolt port. I do not have USB-C in my macbook and I need to use the Thunderbolt to USB-C converter in order for me to hook up with the Belkin HUB.

How to proceed from here?

Hi @Hojbjerg

Are you using active connectors/adapters?

It depends on which exact triple from Belkin you have...
As I'm aware Belkin does have a USB-C triple universal and MST one.

So i do believe that you have the MST one which is not working on DisplayLink and will not be detected by DisplayLink software.

If you have the MST one then only one screen can be connected the rest will not work or will be mirrored.
