displaylink usb dongle isn't plugged in when this is a problem. to reproduce, install displaylink driver and let the display go dark, computer is not sleeping...try to wake computer from sleep. internal display will not come back. the above is what is logged in the console when the problem occurs.

Default same problem 2011 MBP 13"

I have the same issue in my new 2011 MBP 13" machines. I bought a few for company use and installed Displaylink 1.6b4 drivers to use a wireless display link in our conference room and saw the same display resumption problem highlighted above. At first I thought it was a hardware fault and took it to the store where the techs agreed with me. I brought the machine back to transfer some data before handing it in for a replacement, and stumbled across this forum. I checked the console output and it was more or less the same to what is posted above. Upon uninstalling the drivers, the problem disappeared.

I have a 2010 MBP 15" with 1.6b3 drivers which works perfectly, so I tried installing the older drivers on the new machines, but no luck, same problem. Hopefully we can get some more stable drivers soon.

Default

We need more information to understand the issue. Could you please reproduce the issue, run the DisplayLink debug tool in http://www.displaylink.com/support/ticket.php?id=269 and upload the zip file.
The debug tool gathers log files and system information that would help us to better understand the problem.
