Default Mac Sonoma 14.1 + Displaylink - 4th Monitor Turns on/off after Mac Sleep

Issue: 4th Monitor (plugged into the most left port when looking at the displaylink (the one with HDMI only) is turning on/off AFTER mac power sleep

I'm able to resolve this with a reboot and/or unplugging the DisplayLink and plugging it back in (USB-C). This doesn't always work but works after enough times

Here is a video of the issue happening

I've tried swapping the HDMI cable as well

Using DisplayLink 1.10.0 - Build 117

Model : Minisopuru Displaylink Triple Display Docking Station for MacBook M1/M2/Windows

I see the hub in the System Profile, USB 3.1 Bus

I've contacted support and sent a DisplayLinkInfo Output file but no resolution yet. Any ideas?

Also, does anyone have advice on how to keep the monitors from sleeping under Mac, I've tried all the System Settings but can't get mac to just leave everything on. I've also been looking for some terminal commands to reboot USB-C so I don't have to reach down and reset the cable (which is a PIA) but no avail yet. Thanks for your help!!!

So as the dock is a triple are you connecting the 4th direct to the MacBook.?

What are you using in terms of power..? MB being powered by Dock.? may not have enough power but either way your pushing it beyond what its capable of.

Also ALT Mode is not supported by the MacBook

Using a Mac Mini M1 which is powered by AC adapter

The primary monitor is connected to HDMI on Mac Mini M1 (not a part of DisplayLink)

DisplayLink plugged into USB-C on Mac Mini (log files indicate no issues with power draw from what I can tell)

3 monitors plugged into DisplayLink (tried different HDMI cables to rule that out)

Everything works until Mac sleeps, on wake port 1 on displaylink (left most HDMI port when looking at displaylink ports) is having issues with 27" Apex Monitor

Works fine on PC (no issues) in same configuration

Does anyone know of a good alternative solution to Displaylink (another vendor?) -- I'm unable to get Displaylink support to respond or resolve this issue so I'm forced to move to another solution.

This is the Digital Tiger 27 Apex 27" product I purchased - Which apparently doesn't work with Mac in a 4 screen setup. I'll likely move to a 3 monitor setup but not stoked that Displaylink doesn't offer reliable customer support.

Hello, I see that you have been in contact with Daniel from our support team. If you have any additional information or questions please let Daniel know. Thank you.

Also, please keep in mind that the HDMI port (the HDMI 1 in Minisopuru DS808) is not powered by DisplayLink technology or drivers. This port uses Alt-mode technology. Because this port uses different technology than DisplayLink it does not communicate with our software. In fact, this port does not require any drivers to work.
